Given the Health Emergency generated as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, as well as the health prevention measures ordered by the Executive Branch to reduce close contact between people, in order to reduce the spread of the aforementioned virus in our country and with the In order to reduce physical interaction and promote the use of non-face-to-face channels, we inform you that:
- You can submit your claims and appeals by phone to the cell phone 969849830 / (51) 061-627721 or email reclamos@lpo.com.pe and you will be given a correlative filing number.
- Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 16:00 hrs.
- They may authorize the notification of administrative acts by email. In case the user decides to adopt the notification in this way, they must download the following format and send it to the email reclamos@lpo.com.pe or, failing that, the regular notification will proceed.
